About the Course

Our six-week Building and Managing Resilient Teams course covers all aspects of managing the life cycle of a resilient team, from formation to dissolution or expansion. Victoria Gustafson is a transformational leader with a passion for business growth. Gustafson is currently a senior partner dedicated to business evolution at Verde Associates, a boutique growth consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining Verde, she spent over a decade working at IRI in a variety of key roles, including corporate strategy, account management, content marketing, and product development. Over the course of her career, she has helped the world’s leading brands, including L’Oréal, Lysol, Mucinex, Nestlé, Sally Hansen, and TRESemmé to find growth through bringing together the right combination of people, process, and technology. Gustafson earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Development, with her research focused on team effectiveness.
